Zafer Öztürk is the Chairman of the Board of the Association of Turkish Private Schools (TÖZOK) and the Founding Representative of Florya College. He has played an active role in the institution’s development through student-centered educational approaches and contemporary curriculum implementations. During his presidency at TÖZOK, he has initiated projects to enhance the representation of private schools and improve quality standards.
