Serdar R. Alemdar serves as the General Manager of ODTÜ Teknokent and Advisor to the Rector of Middle East Technical University (METU). He has extensive experience in business development, technology management, and structuring entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Through his work at ODTÜ Teknokent, he has led the growth of one of Turkey’s first and largest technoparks in terms of international collaborations, R&D investments, and innovative ventures. He has played an active role in the implementation of numerous programs focused on university-industry collaboration models, incubation centers, and the support of technology-based startups.
